Penrhos Manor has a distinguished history, having been built for the famous Gamble family as their summer residence. Since then, this beautiful building has had many uses including a private school.
Today the building houses a diverse collection of six businesses, providing independent office accommodation whilst supported by the Brymau maintenance staff.

The First Floor Annexe is an independent office space, responsible for its own admin and reception support. However its communal areas and grounds are fully maintained by the Brymau team.

Security of individual offices is the tenants’ responsibility.

Ample parking is available with allocated spaces provided for all tenants. Carefully planned disabled spaces are situated around the site.
Disabled Facilities
A dedicated lift is available giving disabled access to the first floor offices. Disabled toilets are available to both floors.
