Great Western House
Originally the ’up-sidings and marshalling yard’ of the Dee Branch railway, The Sidings today provides spacious accommodation for 14 offices, 2 commercial units and three major businesses taking an entire building each.
Facilities
Great Western House was once the carriage repair shop. Today it provides 14 independent offices and two commercial units. The rail heritage is also reflected in the other buildings that form the site, comprising Pullman House, Mallard House and Scotsman House.
Services
The Sidings are independent offices, responsible for their own admin and reception support. However they are still fully maintained by the Brymau team and all communal areas are cleaned daily.
Security
While the overall security of the site has been carefully planned to give tenants maximum protection and peace of mind, the security of individual offices is the tenants’ responsibility.
Parking
Ample parking is available at The Sidings, with allocated spaces provided for all tenants, generous visitor parking and carefully planned disabled spaces.
Disabled Facilities
Great Western House and Scotsman House have dedicated lifts giving disabled access to the first floor offices and all buildings have disabled parking. Should you or your guests need any special provision, please do not hesitate to contact us.
